Have the day off tomorrow and looking to get out fishing. Thinking of heading to the Tulpehocken, but I see the water level is at 700cfs. I have not fished the Tully in 5-6yrs and I can not recall what normal water levels are. I want to say 400-500cfs are good flows?? I do not know what the Tully looks or fishes like at 700cfs. I will say that I prefer big water and higher flows, but I do not want to waste my time either. So, what do you guys think? Are the levels just too high to manage?
