TU tying Class in Northampton

Just wanted to pass along to everyone starting 1/10 from 9:30 am until 11:30 for 6 weeks Tu is holding a tying class at the Northampton Middle School. $20 for adults 10 for children. If anyone plans to attend let me know I plan to attend.

I would like to endorse this class as a super opportunity for beginner tiers. It is well organized with good instructors and has a great group to give individual assistance as needed. (plus a good raffle at the end of each class!)

I got so much out of it that I attended it two years in a row (...or maybe I am just a slow learner?). One year they had an interesting "advanced" class after the regular class was over which demonstrated a favorite more advanced pattern.

This is a real bargain for someone looking to get started in tying. They have a few "loaner" sets of tools for those that don't have anything to start with. I highly recommend this class!
