Tree Planting

Bob Childs of Big meadows fly shop and 2 of the D.C.N.R. Forestry Steve and Eric. Planted 250 silver maples, pine and oak along pine creek today, in the D.H.A.L.O. area of Ansonia. Rocky the Trout dog was on scene to protect the plantings from deer attacks.

Great post and I wish more people did these kinds of things. I tried to buy about 100 trees this year for lancaster county streams but then it kinda fell through.

Maybe next year.
