Tobyhanna Creek in SGL 127

How does the Toby fish in fall and winter? I've fished it in the spring with good results but in the summer it gets real slow with warmer temps. Just wondering if it picks up well in colder months. Thanks for any input. Also wonder about the Upper Lehigh. I drive by these two on my way to our place in Susquehanna county.

The few times I have gone out in the fall on the toby have been good I just don't fish to close to any evidence of people I will walk back off the beaten path and you will find fish.

Yeah, I usually get back off the road too! Thanks for the info. I'll wear a little orange and give it a try this year.
