timeouts, response times.

Been seeing some timeouts and slower response times over the last day.

I should've taken better note of the timeout responses (they were actually internal errors, including one from the forum software), but I didn't think anything of it last night. Tonight with the slower response time, I'm thinking it might not be intentional or a known issue.
