Hi All,
Has anyone had any experience with the NS5 from T&T? I am looking for a new 5wt and I have an opportunity to pick one up for half original price. I have read some reviews but there are few and I don't get an overall picture of how the rod fishes. Issue at hand is that I have no way of casting it since I live in DE so any advice prior to going through the whole shipping and return thing would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

The rod sounds very interesting. There's what I could find

Thanks Krayfish,
I came across them in my initial search. As with all reviews there is some bias. I was just looking to see if any of the members has fished with the NS5 for i value the weight of the fellow members over unknowns.

FYI.. Hatch Magazine has a wonderful write up about this site. Very positive.

Thanks Again!

John

Sounds like a good rod, but I'm puzzled by how something could be called "deep flexing" and "fast" at the same time. (My personal preference is for slower.)

I've liked every T&T I've ever cast.

Some rods flex further down the blank but also recover and dampen quickly. Of course that could all be marketing hype too. That said, I know nothing of this particular T&T rod but have liked the few I've had the opportunity to cast.
