President of the Little Juniata River Association, Winner of the JVAS Conservationist of the year award for 2011, Senior Dog Handler Hillendale Hunting Club, Former co-owner of the Spruce Creek Fly Company fly shop State licensed and certified fishing guide.
Bill’s unique fly patterns were developed from thirty+ years experience fishing the “j”.
Learn to tie:
“Crippled Emerger Transformer” (CET) - Sulfur version and other mayflies.
“Bill’s Black Kat” – late season terrestrial for the “j”.
