Considering there r MULTIPLE formula versions of SH HAN....

In your opinion, is ONE formula THE BEST?
or
Which one do you use.?

Is the " advanced" formula
a better or worse option?

In some things, subtleties in formulas, make a difference.

Of the 8 formula options viewed on the SH WebSite...

Which r good?
Which r poor?

Dear Bruce C2C,

I've used plain old Hard as Nails as head cement.

But I've also been known to use Albolene as dry fly floatant so what do I know? I refill paste floatant containers and have cut the Albolene with naptha to refill squirt bottle floatant. I'm pretty cheap when I want to be!

Don't know about Taylor Swift, and I have never seen Sally. I have been using the original Hard as Nails for years. I put it in one of these:

I used dollar store nail polish for years. Use Sally Hansen now and again, but generally still go with what is least expensive. Not sure brand means that much.

Taylor Swift???????? Aren't she and her followers banned from these whereabouts? If not, they should be.
 
regular old hard as nails but I would think they would all work.

Hard as nails and advanced are on my bench. Clear for knots, black for perdigons.

Had to laugh the other day when my wife asked if she could borrow MY nail polish. 🤪

This made me laugh. It's the most entertaining post in weeks!
 
Didn't know nail polish could get so complicated.
My wife gets hers from the dollar store - called Miracle Nail.
It also works fine as head cement for me.

I do the same except that I add miner oil to thin my Albolene
 
I do the same except that I add mineral oil to thin my Albolene. Killing miners for their oil is environmentally wasteful.
