Don't lock yourself into a strict casting form.

Be versatile and try this free-form approach, which will help you be able to fish/cast in all types of situations you face when actually fishing.

Must have practice/drills for beginner through advanced fly casters.
 
Paul is awesome. I have learned a lot from his videos and his "SexyLoops" website in the past. He used to fish for trout a lot and now seems to be focused on snakeheads almost exclusively. I particularly like the shirt he wears which is a photo of himself. He does not take himself too seriously.
