George is great angler, inventor, teacher, the Pennsylvania legend.

This is no a fat book but full of memories and I like it.

Easy to read, hard to put down. A must-have for the Pa trout angler. You get a very strong sense of the man through his words. He was opinionated and cantankerous, but principled and generous. The book is full of history, great stories and useful information. We're fortunate that he put all of this in writing before he passed.

It really is a fine book. I am glad Dan Shields got together with Harvey before Harvey passed away to do this book. It is a wonderful look at the past. It is easy to read and re-read. It gives a nice perspective about the way things were.

Proud to have this one in my collection. I love PA fly fishing history!

Agree - this is a classic.
