Sulphur Emerger Soft Hackle
I saw this fly on the Wet Fly Soft Hackle page
The tier was Jeremy Goudreau. I wanted to just share the page but it did not have a share access.
So I tied the fly and will share
Hook: Size 14 Daiichi 1550.
Thread: Using red 6/0
Tail: brown Z yarn and 2 orange fibers of Crystal flash.
Rib: Fine Gold Wire
Body: pheasant tail wrapped. Thorax pale yellow dubbing I am using Sulphur Orange Superfine Dubbing ,
Hackle is Hungarian partridge.

Very nice. Thanks for this one.

I like the red thread. I use red on most mayfly dries as it suggests eyes.

just my kind of fly!

I caught my first fish off of Fishing creek with this fly . I didn't swing it I casted it over some rising fish and twitched it then the fish smashed it .

great tie and +1 on the red eyes. I tie almost all my dries or emergers with red or burnt orange heads for eyes
