st.croix rio santo

has any one used the rio santos. seen them at gander mountian and was thinking of getting the 4wt but not sure what length leaning toward the 9'. all my other rods are redingtons im on a buget so any recommendations would be nice. looking for either a 3 or 4 wt. i currently have a 8'6 5wt and a 9' 8wt for steelhead. looking for something for smaller mountian streams.

I haven't had the chance to use the rio santos yet, but i've casted other St.Croix rods and they feel solid.

I don't have that one, but I recently bought the Imperial. Great rod. I love it. It is the first St. Croix rod I have ever owned and I am very impressed with the quality and castability. Highly recommend that one if you are willing to spend a bit more.
