I am getting a lot of advertising on social media for "Trout Haven" on Spruce Creek. Just wondering if this is a Beaver enterprise under a different name?

I think that Spruce used to have McMullen, Harpsters, Spruce Rod & Gun, and on and on. I believe McMullen property is part of 'the empire'. What you're seeing on social media may simply be one of the other private sections re-branding or changing ownership. I wouldn't sound the alarm yet

Looked it up. It's a guide outfit. His other locations are public water in MA and NY. But he does advertise "exclusive" access to private water on Spruce, without stating which stretch.

It looks unlikely that it's "run" by Beaver and his enterprise, but it's possible (not certain) that they have some sort of agreement.

Beaver also sold his water in stroudsburg just recently. But it seems any piece of water he has previously owned, some other club will pick up. For instance Cherry Creek, he owned that and now another club owns it.
