Is the legal size for keeping smallmouth bass 12" during this period? I want to make sure I read the chart correctly. Thanks

It depends where you fish...
The Susquehanna from the Sunbury Dam to Holtwood Dam is catch & release as is the Juniata and all of it's tributaries from the bridge at Port Royal to the mouth.
There are also a bunch of lakes & reservoirs in the Big Bass program with a 15" minimum when harvest is permitted.
Everywhere else it is 12" until September 30th.
