Slow site

For the past couple of days the site has been slooooow !

Yes, there is some lag time now and then on page loads. Last few days or so.

Today I had an "account suspended" error, but then it came back. ????

Also, my inbox is getting large, but I'm unable to delete. I check the messages I want to delete, hit delete, and nothing happens.
