Simple spey

body--chartreuse uni-stretch
spey hackle---bleached tail feather of a white crested polish
collar--guinea hackle dyed lt. green
wing--turkey wing dyed golden olive.

When you tie those, to you just tease the hackle to the underside of the fly or is there some trick to get everything underneath?

strip off one side and stroke the feather down as you wrap it forward.
