I bought a pair of Simms wet wading shoes about 5 years ago and used them in my boat and for wading. This season the logo on the side had deteriorated and a black sticky stuff (kind of like tar) was marking my skin and my boat when I wore them.

I returned them to Simms to see what they would do.

They don't make that shoe anymore. However, they sent me a new pair of Streamtread sandals after a brief discussion with the customer service rep.

That is amazing and great customer service. A great way to build customer loyalty

I have a pair of those and love them

I had returned a pair of Freestone waders to Cabela's within 2 weeks. The second pair lasted 9 months. Spoke to Simms and mailed them for review. They upgraded me a free pair of Headwaters once they inspected them. They offered to allow me to get G3s at a big discount.
