I am wondering if the Seven Mtns Scout Pond is governed by regular Commonwealth regulations when it comes to harvesting fish or if it is a private body of water with a special set of rules. I tried to find answers online but turned up nothing. The pond does get stocked with trout by the PFBC in spring so I am assuming it is a public body of water. I have fished there before and caught plenty of crappies, bluegills, and LMB. I have a fish fry scheduled with a few friends in July so I'm scouting out my options to harvest a few fish from local ponds/lakes. I obviously know of the other impoundments in the area but never quite knew where this body of water stands.
