Schuylkill Headwaters News Years Day Fishing

Anyone going to start the New Year off with trout? Im think I might give it a go if for nothing else but to show my support and spend some time with others that enjoy fishing. Cant think of a better way to spend a few hours New Years day.

Not trying to discourage you, but the Little Skuke will be running around 300 cfs Tuesday morning, after Monday's rain, which is on the high side for fishing.


Combine that with the fact that the place will be over-run with those looking to creel a few trout. Not that there's anything wrong with that, if that floats your boat.

It supports a good cause, so have at it.
