SA Sharkskin Line

So is the sharkskin lines that superior to other lines?

I need to buy a new WF8F and WF5F line. I was thinking about the SA Sharkskin. Anyone have any comments, questions, compliants, or confessions on this?

Here are a bunch others. I've heard overall good reviews, but I would never pay that much for a line. Some people say it ages well, others don't.

Mine still working great. Really shoots! Only sawed a groove in my finger that one time. Really like it. Have not had to clean it yet. Glad it was free!

love it, little tough on the fingers for streamer fishing though
