Rust CDC

Orvis mistakenly sent me two bags of Petitjean Primo CDC in rust color. I offered to send it back when the dun I ordered arrived but they said keep it. It's long lovely stuff. What the heck would you tie for trout that would use rust which just looks red to me.

substitute the rust cdc for pheasant tail style nymphs

use it for legs, tails, abdomen and thorax, wingcases etc

chop it up for dubbing

red quills maybe even some Iso patterns. I would definetely use that color
