Roof Top Rod Carrier

I'm looking for a used rooftop rod carrier. Hopefully a 3 banger. I'm willing to drive to anywhere in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Southern New York to pick it up.

A guy in New Hope, PA just listed a Thule 4 rod model on Facebook Marketplace, in the private group The Online Fly Fishing Garage Sale, a couple minutes ago.
