Rod Tube Rack

I have a simple rod tube rack that sits on the floor with two pieces of oak, the bottom piece counter sunk and lined with felt and the second piece with generous holes for 10 tubes, separated by four oak dowels. I'd like another, but I don't remember where I bought it. Any recommendations for a similar rack?

Yes, A Dave Lewis rod built on a Sage blank. A couple of George Maurer's and a Reams cane rod too.
