ok so im about to start on my own personal fly /reloading type room and i want a bunch of framed photography some i took some i plan on finding on the net what i am asking here is is there a free program or group of programs that will let me enlarge these said pics with out losing picture quality?\

No matter what you do, when you're making photos larger (especially ones you gank off google images) you're going to lose resolution.

Thats the site I use for resizing my avatar... Its free if you dont want to upload a ton at once.
