Reg's change proposed for Pine Crk in Slate Run area

Just learned of this today and it is in the PA Bulletin as of 10/25.

Reg's change proposal is for the special reg's section running from Slate Run to Bonnell Run from Delayed Harvest Artificial Lures Only to Catch and Release All Tackle.

I admit I was a bit shocked to learn of this proposal for a near totally artificial trout fishery. I did not, nor would I have, seen this one coming.

I won't go into what is the best utilization of hatchery trout; however, I could see this as going in a direction other than what has been discussed on another thread.

Dave, That's the same one I posted about last week. It's just dumb to have C & R on Pine Creek. It should remain DH.
