Reels to balance a Syndicate rod

I'm in the market for a new reel to balance my syndicate 10 foot 3 weight rod. The reel I have now isn't too bad, but I know I could find a better one for it. If anyone has any ideas on a good reel for it let me know thanks!

I've never used a light line rod that long, but I'd start out with a 5/6 weight reel. Something like a rods or lamson size 2. Something in the 4-4.5oz range maybe.

Moon, that's what I was thinking, I have been looking at the Lamson speedster, I was just curious what other people are using with the nymphing rods like that

Cheaper way to add weight to existing roll is to add some lead core line under your backing.

I use a lamson guru 1.5 on my syndicate 10 3 with the rio line and it balances decent for me , but that's just me .
