Hey all,

I am going to be at raystown lake this weekend for a mountain bike festival. That being said, i will be on a house boat, and basically just be able to throw a line in the water before anyone else is moving around on the boat.

is there anything that you guys would recommend throwing in order to increase my chances of hooking up, keeping in mind it will be a half-..... hearted attempt for maybe an hour each morning

Thanks guys

Craig

Stripers are shallow this time of year. Keep an eye out for surface commotion. Also, pitching some big streamers along the shoreline of the lower lake (down toward the dam) could pick up a stray striper or bass. Finally, this is a great time of year to target bluegills. Fish a nymph under a strike indicator near any shoreline cover or blowdowns. You should be able to catch plenty of big 'gills.
