It sounds like the majority of the overflows are at Kline Island which is down next to the Lehigh River. If that's the case there isn't much impact to the sections of the LL that get fished heavily. (Not that this is a good thing for the LR.)

There was an article in the Morning Call last week, that reported fecal coliform in the Bushkill too. It is a problem that affects many streams because of old outdated sewage plants.
