Rasler Run

Hello, I would like to know how to get to Rasler Run? What do I have to do to get access to it? I read a thread on this forum from 2009 stating that you have to contact the owner of it to get access to the creek, and you have to pay him. I would like to know if that is true and how long the hiking is.

You can access the upper end of it where it crosses under route 711 about 1.75 miles west of the village of Normalville. There is a pull-off on Rasler run road just north of route 711. The lower section can be accessed by hiking (bikeing) down the bike trail that runs along lower Indian Creek.
