So, I've thought often about this over my 20 odd years of tying for myself and more recently also for TU type donations, and not that I'd ever pursue it, or set it as a goal...but for those of you who tie 'commercially'....how many per hour do you crank out? What's your actual 'profitable' rate?
Also too, understanding the difference between say an Adams dry vs a simple partridge & orange....what's considered a decent fly per hour rate if 'production' tying, with time for hackle & wing plucking/mat'l staging included?
PM is fine if you don't want to divulge 'productivity' publicly....just curious.
