Pocket bins

I know this has been beaten to death but I can't find the thread so.....recommendation for pocket binos that fit in a vest pocket, waterproof, clear optics for $150.00. Need to see what looks like a rise down the gamelands pool and what the birds are over at sandy hook. Thanks.
