PM new message dropdown

When I go to PM, click on new message, I get the new message window with the user dropdown. The user dropdown only contains the first 100 or so users, users that begin with "0" or the letter "A". ??????

Bill, touch "search users" just below and then you can select who the PM is to go to.

A trick Matt Boyer taught me is to do the user search without entering any fields. Hit submit and all users are listed (multiple pages).

Or/and type in the first few characters of their moniker and it will come up.
