Pine Creek

got the day off friday. going to head up to slate run and fish the pine and slate run. has anyone been up that way recently. just wondering what to expect.

water is running just great, temps in the 50's. to low 60's depending on the day. hatches---slate drakes, dark tan/brown caddis, B.W.O's #20-24's, and tricos...plus terrestrial's...same for slate and cedar....I've been fishing a clouser crayfish also with good results on browns..

thanks for the info. i called mcconnells country store and he said they stocked pine creek today. should be a good day.
