PFBC selling water from lake to drillers

This makes sense but I would prefer it be done on larger lakes. For this lake 1 foot of water depth would roughly support the drilling of 6 wells.

Edit: forgot to convert cubic feet to gallons in initial post!

If this is profitable, I could see mining companies selling water from abandoned quarries and undercutting the PAFBC.

That's what I would do.
