The 2009 Cabin Fever Event is March 1, 2009 at the Four Points Sheraton in Cranberry. The event runs from 9am-4pm. I went last year for the first time and had a great time. I would reccommend anyone in the Pittsburgh area to attend this event. The daily activities include vendors, guides, casting demos, and speakers.
Here is a link explaining details about the event:

Last year it cost between $6 and $10 with all admission proceeds going to the Penns Woods West TU. The vendors donate things such as guided fishing trips, rods, and flies for the benefit raffle. Last year, I won an inflatable pontoon boat that was donated by Sportsman's Warehouse for the raffle. This year Ken Reinard of the Colonial Angler will be one of the guest speakers. He will give a presentation of fly fishing during the Civil War period. This will be a great learning experience of the history of fly fishing.
