Below is link for PADEP EMAP tool which I use for work on a regular basis. While it may be a bit awkward at first, the learning curve is pretty swift. Highlight a stream section and "filter" a lot of "environmental" info. Discharges, access, gamelands, attainment, Class A waters, natural reproduction etc. very useful.
