Thanks for posting that, just bought a wonderline gen 3 for my 5wt. Cant beat the price at $31

HA!

I'd have to agree with the others. I'm a fan of most orvis products but the wonderline gen 3's floating lines are pretty much garbage, but atleast you didn't pay full retail.

Thar sucks. Seemed like from the reviews that it was a decent line. Some ppl complained about the tip sinking but ppl complain a lot especially on the internet. There were a bunch of reviews saying the stuff was awesome. Well, i guess if I get at least a season out of it, it will be worth it.

Its not totaly horrrible to me there is no difference between the silver label and the gen3. There blowing the stock out on them to make the push for there new hydros textured lines.

Well the line really sucked. Horrible memory and the tip sank right away. They sent me return shipping with the line, so Im sending it back. What is a good line? Ive always bought off brand line. I would like something really good. Any thoughts?

I got the Airflo Ridge Hi Float Trout last year, and love it, it's even cheaper now:

Rio selective trout LT
-- LT (long taper) killer line for dries

Thanks for the suggestions guys, i will do some research on those. I have a H&H line to fall back on in the mean time.

I like the Airflo Ridge lines too!
