Kept thinking all those Sepa stream pictures meant someone didn't know how to spell Sepia.Okay
Guess we are talking White Clay,Buck and Doe run,etc. . and not the brown stuff.

Sepia water would probably mean you're downstream from a cesspool!

But seriously, it seems like some folks lump York and Lancaster waters into the sepa category. For me, anything east of the chester county line would be sepa -- however, I understand that my own location screws up my perspective.
 
In the world of PFBC York and Lancaster Counties are in the SE Region. I consider anything East of York County and South of Blue Mt. as SE PA, but I could also argue for anything South of Blue Mt.
