I just picked up a copy of Dave Hughes' NYMPHS for STREAMS & STILLWATERS. Similar to the dry fly book I just revviewed this is a good second or third book on nymphs. Great photos of actual insects and many traditional nymph patterns. A few less traditional ties. Some step by step instructions but only on some patterns that have key or special technique used in the chapter.

This book is a bit pricey at $60 list so probably not the first choice for a nymph tying book. Certainly worth a trip to the public library.
