Nice small warm water

Took the day and went fishing a small warm water near here. Had to walk an old roadbed to get to the stream. Nice water for sure, caught a few bass, gills, rock bass and a surprise a nice crappie. Looked for musky and wipers but no sign of them. Did have a heavy hit down deep on one hole and broke off on 3x tippet. here's a few pics of the day. 1,000's if not millions of toad tadpoles, will be good popper fishing in 2 weeks. found a bottle that says "Warners safe kidney and liver cure" and "Rochester, Ny.". A few fossils as well. All in all a good day..

Definitely a day to remember. I found a bottle just like that in a dump near an old mill site in Susquehanna County.
