New stocking policy?

For some reason I can't see the image you posted so I'm not sure what areas you're talking about but as far as I know the LRSA routinely stocks at various locations from Glen Onoko downstream to Northampton.
 
It's a video of the alligator being caught in the canal. I guess the news website might be having issues.

That's the second or third one caught in less than 10 years. I suspect there may a breeding population feeding on anglers and neighborhood pets. Shane, any problems with missing pets or children that you're aware of? Might need to get the turtle man involved.
