I picked up these flies up awhile ago but do not know what they are called. Can anyone help in the identification and have an idea where I can get some. I do believe someone on the site made them.

Been doing a little research and finally found out out it is called a Wiggle Hare's ear.

Huh. Never seen one like this before. I could see it working as a damsel fly larva imitation or even a stone fly.

Don't know what it's called, but it's a neat fly.

I'd guess some sort of green drake nymph imitation or some similar swimming "wiggle" nymph imitation.

Your right it is a wiggle hares ear fly. Sure orvis or cabelas will have them just not the same colors probably. They shouldn't be that hard to tie.

Eunanhendron on PAFF tied them for me a few years ago. I may try and give it go and tie some up.

Good link to the tie
