My elected State Rep emailed me that the Bill reducing the stream buffer distance passed. I wonder of the Fish Commission had any input to this.

good thing he is on top of this....that bill passed in like October, and was signed into law by Corbett. Many, many groups commented on that Bill, including the PFBC, which urged the House and Senate not to pass the Bill.
