Came across an assortment of bugs at the Franklin, PA McDonald's Saturday morning, right where French Creek and the Allegheny meet. Felt a little weird taking photos of the flies lol
I'm getting a little better at this but still not an expert entomologist.
Here it goes...
Not sure about this one. I originally thought hex but I don't think that's right. They had two tails, this one just happened to be missing one.
White mayfly. But isn't it early for them? There's a stream south of here that has a fantastic hatch......but it occurs during late July/early August.
Not the best picture but I think this is some type of sulphur..
Not sure about these. Some type of hex, or yellow drake?
And then I found this. The biggest of the bunch
