McConnell's Mills

Went fishing in the river at the state park at McConnell's Mill tried lots of flys went only about qtr mile tried buggers nyphs and then some drys...nothing. I'm guessing I fished the non stocked part of the river. I saw no fish. I'm beginning to think I should stick with bass these dam trout are to finicky.

I don't know if they stock in the park anymore, but they did at one time. You might do better at the bridges downstream from the park.
