Just got back from camp near Sheffield and most of the larger streams are blown out once again. Tionesta and it’s branches are chocolate milk. The smaller streams are in decent shape. I fished Spring Creek on Tuesday and it’s still loaded with fish. I landed probably around 2 dozen, mostly on buggers and egg patterns. Wednesday I fished Blue Jay and Four Mile. I landed 10-12 at each. Mops and egg patterns caught most. The fish didn’t seem interested in the usual nymphs. They wanted bright patterns. The water was slightly stained so that probably had a lot do with it. The only bugs I saw were a few light colored mayflies on Spring which looked to be sulphurs.
