after seeing many,many water withdrawl sites in my location have never,ever seen one DEP person on or near a location.There is no one watching the water.Instead stead of jamming what funds that come from the water withdrawl it seems someone could pay a little overtime to some guys and gals at the the DEP!

It's my understanding the violations were self reported.
