I would imagine upon further investigation you will find that other geologic formations are also susceptible to acid deposition. Much of the Allegheny national forest struggles with low pH especially in the smaller streams. The headwaters of the Tioga River as well as a number of watersheds in the Columbia, Sullivan, Luzerne counties.
 
Yes some other low buffering pa bedrocks include pottsville allegheny and burgooon ... link above is just a nice map on tuscarora.

as lyco notes some stream acidity issues in for ex sullivan county...

"Water samples from the Burgoon Sandstone Member of
the Pocono Formation were the most acidic. The median pH of
water samples from the Burgoon Sandstone Member was 5.9...."
