I fish a cold tailwater regularly and just recently I've been catching a lot of 2-3 inch brownies. It's good to see them getting past the baby food and sampling larger bugs.They weren't shy about biting a size 14 nymph. It's also a good sign of a successful breeding season.

It is encouraging when you catch a few of those tiny ones. Shows promise for the future of the stream.
