Going to Harmans Sunday with the wife she is wondering what the fall foilage might look like now. Also at 30 cfs the wading should not be to bad also I believe. Any help would be appreciated

I saw this on Herman’s website.

The wife and I have reservations down there for mid October. At 30 CFS there will be barely a trickle of water flowing so fishing will be tough. Wading will be easy. Hope for rain. We (the wife and I) have been going there every fall for several years. I enjoy it even if the fishing isn't good. The cabins are awesome and my wife really likes it so I'm good with it.

I prefer wild fish but since my wife loves the area and the cabins I can't complain. Keep an eye out for the eagles mostly in the morning and at dusk.

You'll probably be a bit early for the fall foliage at the cabins but make sure you do the drive up to Bear Rocks. The views from there are great.
